Founders Lisa Martin and her sister, Rhonda Martin, have a lifelong dedication to helping all kinds of people hear better. Lisa and Rhonda both enjoy a reputation for providing excellent hearing care, and were personally selected by Sears management to serve their customers.

Both Lisa and Rhonda have worked hard to build a team of professionals who share their beliefs about what quality hearing care should be, and all within a comfortable, friendly environment. Our hearing healthcare professionals have the technical skills to help you hear better. They understand the challenges you may be facing and the many concerns you may have about being fitted with or needing a hearing aid. Complete hearing exam

We'll start with a comprehensive hearing evaluation to ensure the most accurate assessment possible. We use the latest equipment, and our staff has the up-to-date training it takes to perform your test with skill. In fact, the technical staff here gets so much technical training, we far exceed the requirements for continuing education set forth by the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario and approved by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Only when we've determined the degree of your hearing loss can we make a forthright recommendation, based on fact, not in an attempt to sell you something you may not need.

If we determine that you do need a hearing aid, you'll be glad to know that we offer virtually every brand, model, and type of hearing aid available in Canada. We'll work closely with you to find the model that will fit your personal lifestyle. From the latest 100% digital aids to more traditional, behind the ear models and every type in between, we focus on finding the model that suits you and delivers clean, crisp sound quality in all kinds of situations.

You may also benefit from the other hearing solutions we offer, like assistive listening devices. These are creative, sometimes simple devices that can help in your everyday life by amplifying the telephone, the alarm clock, the television, and more.

Hear and now program

We will never sell you a product and send you on your way. During your hearing aid fitting, we'll make sure you're completely informed and comfortable with it. There's also a final check of your aid to ensure it meets our standards of quality and performance and make sure you have a comfortable fit. Once that's complete, we immediately schedule a follow-up appointment for you. We want to make sure your aid is meeting the needs in your daily life. And finally, we're always here for you. With our on-site full-service lab, we can make adjustments to your hearing aid as needed.
